Design–Build service from Walker Ridge represents a project delivery system where we are responsible for both design and construction services as the sole Design–Build Contractor. We are open to both architect-led and contractor-led approaches, it usually depends on the project or the client’s preference. Either way, for clients it offers the peace of mind of having a single point of responsibility, it minimizes the risk and ensures seamless delivery even in projects with overlapping design and construction phases.
