Located in downtown Manhattan this previous warehouse building was converted into condominiums in the 1990s. Walker Ridge combined two lofts into one large residential apartment. The gut renovation included restoring the original brick facade, new MEP, installation of glass partitions, Bulthaup kitchen, custom bathrooms buildout complete with moving building plumbing risers.
