The penthouse and rooftop of a three-story townhouse, located in the West Village. The rooftop addition required extensive structural work while the owner stayed in the house during the entire project. Hope’s windows in a modern, avant-garde design with lots of light throughout, featuring Venetian plaster details, walkable skylight and extensive woodwork with a jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace.
