Affordable Housing

In partnership with The Monroe Group, LLC, Walker Ridge offers a diverse range of services to our partners in affordable housing development. We are equipped to provide services starting in pre-development to the final Certificate of Occupancy. In our multidisciplinary firms, we are committed to establishing opportunities for the community and ensure the development team establishes a report with residents, remains compliant with agency requirements, and creates economic opportunities for New York City residents.

From the inception of the project, Walker Ridge is able to provide services such as:

• Design-build services
• JV Partnerships on developments
• General contracting
• Development guidance from building and compliance standpoints

Through our collaborative efforts with The Monroe Group, we are able to provide:

• Community board outreach and engagement
• Employee augmentation for Section 3 Workforce
• Compliance with agency requirements at the Federal, State, and Local levels
• Compliance and paperwork associated with programs such as: Industrial & Commercial Abatement Program (ICAP), Inclusionary Housing, New York City Local Laws, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
