As General Contractor Walker Ridge takes responsibility for overall coordination of the entire construction project including providing all of the labor, material, equipment (such as engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction.
We will handle documentation, full site management, cost management including estimation and change orders, we manage drawings, specification and manuals.
We hire specialized subcontractors to perform specific tasks or portions of the construction work and we supervise their work, exercise QC and assume final responsibility for the deliveries.
We take care of all necessary permits or help the client’s representative how to obtain them, we provide temporary utilities on site, secure engineering resources, manage and dispose construction waste, monitoring schedules and maintaining job safety and full records.
